Now don’t get me wrong, some of these old-school principles are tried and tested methods that are guaranteed to get you results. But sometimes it is necessary to adapt to the changes around you. In this video, I talk about a few concepts that I think are a bit outdated in this era.
Starting with trying to turn everyone in your team into a professional salesman. What’s wrong with this is that you end up losing that tight knit personal feel people had with your team.
